Ownership:

i Each NFTs full rights are held by the present owner. Ownership is mediated entirely by the smart contract. At no point are we able to seize or modify the ownership, nor can we cancel or refund any transactions. 

ii Personal use. Subject to continued compliance to terms and conditions, all purchased art can be used, royalty free, as well as any owner created extensions of the art, for the sole purpose of personal use. Only the present owner, as determined by Opensea, can use the owned art.

iii Commercial use. Subject to continued compliance of terms and conditions, purchased art can be used for all commercial purposes. This includes, but is not limited to: Business logos, Tshirt Prints, advertisement, etc. as long as any third parties cryptographically verifies each WOBS NFT owner and their rights to display owned NFT for commercial purposes to ensure only the owner can use the above mentioned NFT.
